  • You need to visit your profile and set the language of your preference.

  • When a user creates their profile, they need to set their language. For example, If you are a German and would like to use ‘German’, you need to set the language as ‘German’ in your profile. If you don’t set this in your profile, and instead you set it on the landing page as ‘German’, it changes the language temporarily for your convenience for interactions but not necessarily it allows you to write in ‘German’. If you don’t change the language in your profile, you will only get the ‘English’ language both for interacting and saving your data

  • The data is displayed based on your language preference set on your profile. The documents that you saved previously are still available but to view those, you need to change the language preference in your profile. If you change the language in the landing page, it only allows you to interact.

  • When a user initially visits our page, the language is set based on the browser language setting. Often, this is based on the language of the country you are residing. For example, if you are in Spain, you are likely to get our website in Spanish unless your browser language preference is ‘Hindi’ or ‘Chinese’ or ‘Russian’ or ‘Arabic’ etc. If you are comfortable using the language set by browser, you don’t need to change the language. However, we are living in a global world and cross country migration has enabled us to live in different part of the world. Your native tongue maybe ‘Swahili’ but you are living in China. In this instance, you can change the language to ‘Swahili’ and then set the language preference in your profile as ‘Swahili’ and next time you visit our page, you get the page in ‘Swahili’.
